Mr. Spriggs is the President of Kinkle, Rodiger and Spriggs and Managing Attorney in the Riverside office. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 1984, having been on the Dean’s List and receiving scholastic honors. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Order fraternity, the Squires Men’s Organization at the University of Southern California and is a member of the U.S.C. Alumni Association. Mr. Spriggs was formerly a member of the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association.

His practice is concentrated in the areas of products liability, premises liability, professional malpractice, automobile and transportation cases, wrongful death, municipalities and school district defense, insurance law and toxic waste cases. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Riverside County Bar Association and California State Bar, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Mr. Spriggs is admitted to practice in all State Courts and before the Central United States District Court in California.
