Nishita T. Patel graduated from Maharaja Sayajirao University (India) in 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She received her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in 1996 and was admitted to practice in California in 1997.

Ms. Patel joined this firm in 2001. Her experience includes general civil litigation, business litigation, family law and insurance defense. Ms. Patel is admitted to practice in all State Courts and before the United States District Courts in California - Central District.
