Misty W. Turco graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hardin-Simmons University in Texas with Bachelor of Arts Degree in English in 1989. She attended Baylor University School of Law and received her Juris Doctor in 1992. She was admitted to the California Bar that same year. While in law school, she was a writing clerk for the Courts of Appeal in Texas. Ms. Turco is also a Trustee of Golden Gate Seminary and an active board member of the Riverside Mothers of Twins Club.

Prior to joining Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs, she practiced in the Insurance Defense field in Ventura County. She is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States District Courts in California - Central District.
