Mr. Schnaider has been a member of the California Bar since January of 1970. At that time he was also admitted to practice law in the Federal District Court in the Central District of California, Los Angeles. In 1985 he was admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. In 1995 he was admitted to practice in the Federal District Court in the Southern District of California, San Diego. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Loyola University in Los Angeles, in 1966. He then graduated from Loyola Law School in 1969. While in law school, he was the recipient of a student teaching fellowship and was the executive editor of the Loyola Law Review in 1968-1969. During the 1980's, he was a member of the Board of Governors of the Loyola Law School Alumni Association and was President of the Association in 1985-1986.

Since joining Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs in 1971, he has handled numerous civil jury and non-jury trials in both State and Federal Court, including insurance bad faith and complex coverage cases. His extensive trial experience includes defending substantial injury cases and cases involving multi-million dollar exposure. His jury trial experience includes taking cases to verdict in the areas of wrongful death, product liability, wrongful termination, malicious prosecution, civil rights violations and medical malpractice. He has defended cases to verdict against some of the best trial lawyers in California, including David Harney, Browne Greene and Bruce Broillet. Born in Mexico City, he is fluent in Spanish. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
