Evelyn Levine Solis graduated from the University of Southern California, Annenberg School for Communication in 1996, qualifying for the Dean's list, where she studied nonverbal communications in the courtroom. She obtained her law degree from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles in 2000. She was a California State Bar Certified law student and clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and Long Beach City Prosecutor's Office, prosecuting juvenile adjudications, felony preliminary hearings and traffic infractions. She is a member of the University of Southern California Alumni Association, American Bar Association and Orange County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
