Daniel S. Alderman earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Dartmouth College and the University of California at San Diego in 1983. He received his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1986, joining the Sacramento County Public Defender's Office thereafter. He began work at Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs in March of 1987 and has since been involved in complex litigation, construction law, real estate litigation, products liability, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, insurance bad faith and coverage, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, education, telecommunication, real estate and professional malpractice cases. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Bars, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
