Derian Eidson, associate, graduated cum laude from the University of California at Irvine in June of 1985 and obtained her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School in 1988. Ms. Eidson was admitted to the California State Bar, the U.S. District Court, Central District and the United States Supreme Court in 1988. She was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District in 1990, and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Northern Districts in 1992.

Ms. Eidson has actively practiced in the municipal and insurance defense fields over the last 14 years, as well as in business litigation areas. During her legal career, she has handled complex litigation including civil rights defense, product defect, and construction defect cases, in addition to automobile and other general personal injury defense and business litigation matters. She has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation proceedings as well as jury trial experience.
