Charles W. Brower graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanguard University of Southern California in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business. While attending Vanguard, he continued to work full time as a Retail Store Manager for Starbucks Coffee. Mr. Brower received his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in 2005.

In addition to serving as Executive Editor of the Whittier Law Review while in law school, Mr. Brower clerked for two distinguished jurists: Hon. William M. Monroe in the Orange County Superior Court; and Hon. David G. Sills, Presiding Justice, California Court of Appeals, 4th Dist., Div. 3. He also served as the 9th Circuit Governor for the ABA-Law Student Division, served two years on the WLS Student Bar Association, and earned three CALI-Excellence for the Future Awards in: Legal Skills; Holocaust and the Law; and, New Forms of Transnational Governance (the law review Note written for this class can be found at 26 Whittier L. Rev. 929 (2005)). As recognition of his efforts, Mr. Brower was awarded a Whittier Law School Dean's Citation in 2005.

Mr. Brower joined Kinkle, Rodiger & Spriggs in July 2006 and is admitted to practice law in California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and before Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, and the Federalist Society.
