Mr. Disenhouse graduated cum laude from Colgate University in New York in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. In 1977 he graduated cum laude from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento where he was a member of the Traynor Honor Society. He then joined a firm with a general practice that included personal injury and worker’s compensation cases. He was a Deputy District Attorney for Butte County, California, from 1980 to 1981. Since joining this firm in 1981, he has handled more than fifty Superior Court jury trials. He has attended seminars on Federal practice and has handled many Federal Court cases with marked success.

Mr. Disenhouse was on the Defense Coordinating Committee of the Stringfellow toxic waste litigation. He has handled serious automobile accident cases, complex construction defect and products liability litigation; complex public entity tort claims litigation involving employment discrimination, medical malpractice claims, road design and police misconduct matters. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Riverside County Bar Association and California State Bar, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
